Invoke Salon is powered by a close knit team of independent contractors. Being an independent contractor has many benefits, but at Invoke you are uplifted by a culture of support, as well as freedom.

Education is the path to elevation, and Invoke prides itself on encouraging and offering continued education. Be it in-salon classes, seeking education outside of Portland, or business growth development with our salon owner, you will be presented with many avenues to advance your personal business and brand.

Our independent contractors have complete control over the days and hours they work, the prices they set, as well as the products they use. Customizing your lease agreement can give you suite rental benefits, with all of the client and cleaning amenities provided for you.

Apprenticeships with our owner have limited availability, but hybrid commission/apprentice models are available.
